Onsite Delivery Model:
The onsite delivery model entails that skilled LeadSoftprofessionals are deployed on the client’s premises. We are able to bring highly qualified staff with strong programming skills to your location. The process starts by selecting the right candidates to work on your project development. We review your desired qualifications in a person and select a few candidates who match your requirements for your review.
Hybrid Delivery Model:
This model is a combination of both onsite and offshore. The onsite team will directly interact with the clients. They will do requirement studies, design and development, while interfacing directly with clients. Our dedicated offshore team will work on system development. The offshore team will interact only with the onsite team and will provide additional crucial support, thereby reducing costs and implementation time. Partnership Model:
